BCS will run a heavy weight PR and marketing campaign worth a value up to £100K. The campaign includes:

Direct mail – a highly targeted DM campaign to over 50,000 healthcare professionals including past pre-registrations and visitors to HC, Smart Healthcare Live and other Guardian News and Media events and conferences, members of the Guardian Public Leaders Network and Healthcare Network, members of BCS Health Groups and members of UK Chip 

E-Marketing – a highly targeted and comprehensive e-marketing campaign to over 50,000 email addresses of healthcare professionals including past pre-registrations and visitors to HC, Smart Healthcare Live and other Guardian News and Media events and conferences, members of the Guardian Public Leaders Network and Healthcare Network, members of BCS Health Groups, members of UK CHIP and IHM, and subscribers to HSJ

National newspaper advertising advertising in March and April in the Society section of the Guardian, the Guardian’s weekly public services and social affairs feature unique in its comprehensive overview of developments in social care, children’s services, local government and health. The Society section of the Guardian has a readership of almost 1.2 million including 533,000 public sector professionals

Specialist advertising and inserts – online and offline advertising within specialist healthcare media as well as membership magazines and journals of professional organisations including HSJ, ITNow, IHM magazine and UKCHIP magazine

Partner and exhibitor promotion – direct mail, e-marketing, and online and offline advertising via exhibitors, sponsors and partner organisations 

A high profile national PR campaign – working with event partners and sponsors and heavily using social media
